How do I track my order?
Your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
What happens if my package gets lost?
We are sorry this happened to you. Dos Girasoles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to USPS to file a claim.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. 
Can I return an item?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.  Please reach out with any questions for help with sizing. Size references are made available on each item, please read carefully.
